Who is responsible

TradePilot AI is operated by MiCom Property Maintenance, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to micomproperty@gmail.com.

Information the app handles

• Business profile details, such as business name, email, phone number and website.
• Customer and lead details, including names, contact details, addresses and job enquiries.
• Job, quotation, invoice, diary, price-book, work-log and financial record information.
• Site notes, dictated text, photographs and files you choose to add.
• Account, subscription and cloud-backup information when you choose to sign in.
• Approved marketing content and basic Facebook Page results when you connect those optional tools.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide features you choose, including to:

• store and organise your customers, leads, jobs, quotes and invoices;
• create documents, reminders, backups and business summaries;
• retrieve JobToTrade enquiries for the authorised TradePilot account;
• analyse site notes or selected photos and return editable AI suggestions;
• manage subscriptions and restore secure cloud data; and
• publish content to a connected Facebook Page only after your approval.

When information leaves your device

Most business records are stored on your device. Information is transmitted only when an online feature is used. Secure cloud accounts and backups use Supabase. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. Optional AI requests send the text, measurements, price-book entries and up to the selected number of photographs needed to answer the request to the configured TradePilot service and its AI processing provider. Optional Facebook tools send only the approved post, selected photographs and necessary Page connection data to Meta.

JobToTrade enquiries are transferred to the authorised TradePilot account so the requested trader can respond. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

Permissions

The app may request microphone access for optional dictation and camera or photo access when you choose to add images. Files and photographs are not accessed unless you select or create them for an app feature.

Security and retention

Online transfers use encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to cloud and connected services is protected by account authentication or private connection codes. Local records remain until you delete them, clear the app or remove the app. Cloud records are retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed for backup, security, dispute and legal purposes. Payment providers retain transaction records under their own legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

AI analysis, photo upload, cloud backup, subscriptions and connected marketing features are optional. You can edit or delete local records in the app, disconnect optional services and request access, correction or deletion of cloud-held personal information by emailing micomproperty@gmail.com. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Delete your account and cloud data

To request deletion, email micomproperty@gmail.com with the subject “TradePilot account deletion” and include the email address used for your TradePilot account. We may ask you to confirm control of that address before acting on the request.

After verification, we will delete the cloud account, cloud backups and related profile information within 30 days. Local customers, jobs, quotations, invoices, notes and photographs can be removed using the app's reset controls or by clearing or uninstalling the app. Limited payment, fraud-prevention or legal records may be kept where required by law; these are not kept for advertising.

Children

TradePilot AI is a business tool intended for people aged 18 or over and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

This page will be updated when the app's data practices materially change. The revised date will always appear near the top of the policy.
